DENISE CAWLEY HOVER
Denise Cawley Hover has over 20 years experience in
payroll, human resources, systems and outsourcing. She
holds a business administration and accounting degree from
Rutgers College of Rutgers University.
Her work as an operational and
financial auditor for a diversified conglomerate provides
focus on sound accounting principles and internal
controls. Systems knowledge as well as an IT perspective
is the result of experience as a project manager within
the systems department for a major bank holding company.
In these roles, she was the customer.
Denise also managed a support and
implementation department for a payroll and accounting
services provider. Servicing and addressing all of the
customers’ requirements and needs were critical and has
become second nature.
